I delve into research or lead discovery, thoroughly explore the existing experience, get familiar with business rules, review competitive experiences and dig into anything else that might provide user insights.

I craft holistic and scalable designs laser-focused on foundational UX principles; adjusting and amending on the fly as each new element, related page, or screen is fleshed out, ensuring that the design solution is fully thought through.

Before  I present V1 to stakeholders, I walk through the experience with different lenses, wearing the hat of each persona and considering all use cases and scenarios, to determine if anything breaks down.
